Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of getinfuel.com and the Infuel waitlist, operated by AI Quantum Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Infuel," "we," "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Infuel is today

Infuel is in development. We are not a bank, and we don't offer credit, deposit accounts or cards today. Card products are planned to be issued by a partner bank. When they launch, they'll be governed by the issuing bank's cardholder agreement and related terms, which you'll see before you apply.

Joining the waitlist is not an application for credit and won't affect your credit score. It also doesn't guarantee an invitation, approval, a credit limit or any particular product.

The waitlist and founding numbers

• One entry per business, with accurate information.
• Invitations go out roughly in waitlist order, but we may adjust for eligibility, location or demand.
• Founding numbers are planned for the first 1,000 approved Infuel Black members. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and depend on approval by the issuing bank.
• We may remove entries that look fraudulent, automated or duplicated.

Waitlist referrals

Referrals can move you up the waitlist. A referral counts when the person you invite joins with your link and confirms their email. Places in line have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. We may remove referrals that look fake or automated, and we may change or end the referral program at any time. Founding numbers go out in final waitlist order and are subject to approval when the card launches.

Planned rates, perks and partners

Everything described on the site is planned and may change or be withdrawn before or after launch. That includes points rates, credits, perks, fees, protections, and features such as Agent Wallet, Loop Breaker, Token Shield and the Infuel CFO. Final terms will be in the cardholder agreement and program rules.

Names of AI companies and products are trademarks of their owners. They appear only to describe where Fuel Points are designed to redeem. No partnership or endorsement is implied unless we announce one.

No financial advice

Forecasts, estimates, calculators and answers on the site or in the Infuel CFO are for planning only. They aren't financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions.

Using the site

Please don't:

• Break the law or use the site for anything fraudulent.
• Submit false information or someone else's email address.
• Scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site.
• Copy the site, name or brand in a way that could mislead people.

Our content

The site, the Infuel name and logo, card designs and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share the site for personal or internal business use. Anything else needs our written permission.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Infuel won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover the resulting claims, losses and reasonable legal costs we face.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
