Privacy Policy

Who we are

Infuel ("Infuel," "we," "us") is a financial technology product in development, operated by AI Quantum Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy covers getinfuel.com and the Infuel waitlist.

Infuel is not a bank and doesn't issue cards today. When cards launch, the issuing bank's privacy notice will also apply to your application and account.

What we collect

• Anything you include when you email us

What's collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use it to run and secure the site.

After you join, the site saves your email in your browser's local storage so it remembers you're on the list. That copy stays on your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy before we do.

How we use it

• Run the waitlist: save your place, send invitations and assign founding numbers.
• Email you about Infuel: launch news, the Perks Club and your invitation. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Understand demand: we look at spend ranges in aggregate to plan partners and perks.
• Keep the site safe: prevent fraud, spam and duplicate sign-ups.
• Meet legal obligations.

If you use the AI Spend Audit, we process the invoices you upload to build your report, using OpenAI.

How we share it

• Service providers that host the site and send email for us, under contracts that limit how they can use your data.
• Card partners, only if you choose to apply once cards launch, and with notice at that time.
• Legal reasons: to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect people's rights and safety.
• Business changes: if Infuel is part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer under this policy.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our hosting and database provider stores waitlist data for us, and we send email through Resend.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until 24 months after cards launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

We delete invoices uploaded to the AI Spend Audit after 30 days and keep only the totals we extracted from them.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email.
• Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you can ask to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it or delete it. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, though we don't do either.

To make a request, email hello@infuel.cards from the address you signed up with. We may need to verify your identity, and we'll respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No way of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

Children

Infuel is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where your data is processed

We're based in the United States and use U.S.-based providers. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email people on the waitlist before it takes effect.
